just changed some foriegn currency at welshpool . what a rude young lady not a please a thanks just dam right rude . digusting service never will go there again would rather drive to shrewsbury . review your employees and quick .
On two separate occasions I've found the young woman serving me has no customer service at all,in fact she's really snappy and shourt never smiles and on one occasion actually shouted at me like I'm a child or an imbecile of which I'm neither I excused the first thinking she was tired (still no excuse)but not the second we were all shocked at her attitude.having been in retail all my life she certainly wouldn't work for me
1 till open & 18 people in the queue. This apparently is a good day. Staff quite curt and rude when asked why they can't exercise some customer service.
Slow, disinterested service in the post office. Hardly anything I on the shelves of the shop itself.
Every time you go in doesn't matter what time of day never enough stay waiting time at least half hour disgusting
