You can not depend on this plumbing company, they are unreliable and don't bother to phone you back. I left 3 voicemail over 1 week ago and still no reply. Very dissapointed, poor customer service and very arrogrant. Didn't turn up for the appointment I booked, no explaination as to why they didn't turn up, still waiting for a reply. 65 for a call out to tell me i needed new thermostats which is what i told them on the phone!! charge Very poor communication not worth your time or money.
Stay away. Work was shoddy to say the least, I could have done a better job myself. Needed an invoice for my boss, they said they'd drop it in, so paid in company cash because that's what we use. That was 6 months ago, a colleague had the money docked from their wages because we had no invoice. We hounded them day after day for over a month, all we got in return was abuse, foul language and blocked numbers. Work wasn't even completed, had to use a different company which was much better.
Our Oil boiler was suddenly leaking oil so couldnt be used. Regular service and repair man didnt answer their phone. Therefore I requested a call back from Morgans. The call came through almost immediately, literally within one minute of sending email, and I was told that a named repair man would be with me within two hours. He actually got to my home in less than one hour. He was friendly, experienced, and found the problem very quickly. Also repaired it on that single visit. I know who will be servicing my boiler from now on! I have nothing but admiration for the service I received. I dont think I could recommend them enough.

I phoned morgans and instantly I was told that somebody will call on the property & they did assess the job needing a part and was told it will be fitted next day, which was superb as I had no heating. Will call them anytime again. Brilliant service
