Had french shellac done on the friday started chipping and cracking on the sunday.Terrible customer care.When i phoned Proprietor had a nerve to say she didnt like my tone when i phoned! She offered me another appointment which i couldnt make that was it!. There was no explanation from her at why they may have done this except for "well i dont know what you've been doing to them!" And "what do you want me to do about it?"Im a therapist myself have been for 22yrs i have never come accross a therapist so rude and unprofessional.Im just glad i did it through Groupon and didnt pay full price for them.An absolute disgrace!
